One edge is built a touch lower than the waterline, so the water slips over it into a hidden channel and gets pumped back — from where you swim, the pool seems to pour into whatever lies behind it. The illusion depends on alignment: it only works when the lowered edge sits exactly against the sea, the valley or the skyline. That alignment is what we curate for — a vanishing edge facing a wall is just an expensive drain.
